• Warm Goat’s cheese and red onion tartlet with homemade Fox and Goose Chutney with dressed salad.
• Roasted pork loin with a crisp sage leaf, cider braised apple with black pudding mash, served with seasonal vegetables and a calvados jus
• Homemade Sticky Toffee Pudding with toffee sauce and cream

Ruby Menu – £37.95 per head

• Ham Hock terrine with homemade red onion marmalade, homemade toasted ciabatta and dressed salad.
• Locally sourced Derbyshire lamb rump, seared (served pink) in red wine and redcurrant jus. Served with creamy mash, roasted seasonal vegetables and homemade mint sauce.
• Crème Brulee of your choice, served with homemade shortbread and fruit coulis.

Diamond Menu – £39.95 per head

• Prawn and Salmon Ballantine with a citrus and dill crème fraiche, served with toasted garlic Crustini and dressed leafs.
• Roasted sirloin of locally sourced beef with fondant potato, pancetta crisp and caramelised ruscoff onions, served with roasted seasonal vegetables and red wine jus.
